About the event
Did you know that over 140 species of bird have been recorded at Nangak Tamboree Wildlife Sanctuary? Come and find out which species call the sanctuary home!
Enjoy a walk through the sanctuary at a time it is usually closed to the public. The day will begin with a survey to search for everything from flashy lorikeets to mysterious ‘little brown things’.
This will be followed by a light breakfast in the Yellowbox Hut.
This is a great opportunity to learn how to spot and identify birds from local experts. No experience is necessary.
